Hi I am unable to open any of the alphabet fonts on my second order, can you please help

These are typeable fonts. They come with an installer. So you can go to your My Account page on our website, then click My Items, in the upper left quadrant of your screen. You'll see the different fonts you'd ordered and can click the Download link.
These fonts use an installer. After you click download, the installer will download for you to click. Click that and in the upper left corner, you'll see the Install button. After you install the fonts to your computer, you will be able to use them in any software.
The 2 color fonts need both the Uppercase version and Lowercase versions to be installed. To use these 2 color fonts, type your text twice...once in uppercase and once in lowercase. One color shows up with these types of fonts when you type the uppercase and the second half of the letters shows up when you type in lowercase.
If you have a design program open prior to installing your fonts, please close out the design program and relaunch after you download. This way, your design software will recognize the fonts have been installed.

hi i would like to know whats the size i need for my rhinestones size ss10 ss12 and ss16 ismy first time buying and would like to make sure i can use this font and as well after i buy it can you please tell me if the font would go in my cricut design space and thank you so much god bless

How to Install an Open Type Font (OTF) or True Type Font (TTF) File:
Download the OTF or TTF Font Design Instant Download the "My Items" tab in your
customer account
and save it to a specific folder on your desktop computer.
Next, find the font in the folder and double click or right click and choose “install" from the menu box.
Let your computer run its native installation process if one opens.
The font is now installed onto the computer and is ready to use.
If installed while the
CorelDRAW-Design-Software,
Silhouette-Studio,
Design Space, Make the Cut,
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,
Inkscape,
TRW-Design-Wizard,
Oobling-Pro, Winpc Sign, or any other design programs is open, you will need to close and reopen the program before you can access the newly installed font.
If this does not work, you will have to find your fonts folder through a search in your computer and drag the font from your downloads folder to the font folder in your computer.
