when i go to use this font it is missing parts of the letters. is that normal?

A:
Yes, that's normal when you're working with a 2-color font! To get both parts of the text, you need to type the same text once in all lowercase and once in all uppercase. I.E., to get both halves of the word "STONE" you would type "STONE" and "stone" to see both parts of the text. If this doesn't work for you, please send us an email for further assistance.
