TRW's Awareness Ribbon Multi-Decoration instant design download was created with the crafting process in mind. Separate cut files allow you to layer vinyl and rhinestones elements together for a beautifully enhanced decal or transfer. For the rhinestone portion of the design you will create a reusable template using your craft cutter and
Magic-Flock-Template-Material.
For the vinyl portion of the design you will be able to easily send cut files directly to your vinyl cutter or design software. Each multi decoration design download comes with PDF,SVG,CDR, EPS, PNG, DXF and AI file types making them easy to use with any design program. All multi-color designs come color separated. Q:
What is under the rhinestones? Regular vinyl or glitter iron-on vinyl? I'm trying to find out if rhinestones can be ironed on to glitter HTV.

A:
This is a small design, less than 4 inches. These are made to be used with HTV Anything to create them into a decal.
You can use them for a small shirt embellishment, but you cannot layer stones on anything with garments, they'll fall off over time so if that's what you're doing, delete the layer for the htv portion.
The stones need to grab the shirt fibers to survive laundering.
However they can be layered onto glitter HTV with HTV Anything and used as a decal, they'll last due to not being knocked together laundering.

A:
This is a design download to create the template.
Yes, with Magic Flock (the blue material you cut the holes from), with a little care you can reuse the template you create hundreds of times.
For the longest lasting outcome: Brush your stones in, lift them out with our Acrylic Hotfix Heat Tape (do not use regular app tape, it will melt). And once finished with the flock, gently peel it up from your workspace and replace it to it's backing. The longer it sits, the better it sticks and that's a risk for tearing your design.
If you're new to using flock, we like to recommend watching our Youtube on how to cut this and many other materials and yield the best results. Also, always test cut!

Resizing a Rhinestone Design:
TRW Rhinestone designs are created based on a standard SS10 stone size. To maintain the proportions and detail of the design it should only be resized by altering the stone size.
By selecting a different stone size in your design software your design will get smaller or larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS6 or below will make your final design smaller while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS16 or above will make your final design larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Attempting to scale a rhinestone design to a larger or smaller size without changing the stone size requires a complete redesign of the design points and will
NOT
maintain the proportions and detail in the design. In addition to distortion of the design proportions altering a rhinestone design improperly will change hole sizes and rhinestones will not properly brush into the template. A redesign should only be attempted by crafters and professionals experienced in building custom rhinestone design files. To rebuild a rhinestone design you will need to delete, add and move stone points to create a completely new rhinestone design.
