I downloaded this font then uploaded it to Cricut Design Space but I am only able to see a portion/1 color of the letters/numbers in my text box. I received 2 each of the upper and lower fonts in my download file, is there something I am missing or is there something I should do differently?

For the two color fonts -
Type the word once in lower case
Type the word again in UPPER CASE
This unlocks both pieces
