Q: Hello, I purchased this font but it seems to be incomplete. It is missing stones in the text. Is there another file that should accompany this?

Hi there!

This is one of our fonts which use 2 rhinestone sizes to make up the letter, as seen in the thumbnails. To get both 'halves' of each letter, please type your text twice: Once in UPPERCASE and once in all Lowercase. This will give you both rhinestone sizes. Please use font point 243 to size this font to use ss10 and ss06 rhinestones.

You can either cut these as two separate templates and pick up the first rhinestone size (we recommend brushing in and picking up the smaller rhinestone size first), then use our parchment paper hack to align the ss06 rhinestones to the ss10 template. Create a hinge to one side with your Acrylic Hotfix rhinestone tape, lift the tape with the ss06 rhinestones attached, remove the parchment paper and lower the tape to the ss10 template to pick up those rhinestones.
