Q: Hi I tried to purchase this last week for $9.00 and I paid but did not know how to get the product, could you please look into my order see if it went through or what happened or explain how to purchase it. Thank you

Hi there! On any of our fonts or design downloads (not pre-cut templates), after you order, you can click the "view your account" link at the very top, center of any TRW page. The site will have you click the Sign In button, then take you to your Account page. In the upper left side of your screen, directly under the bolded words, "My Account", you will see smaller tabs in blue. The second one from the left is, "My Orders". Once you click that, you will see a list of all orders you've placed with TRW. Click the order OR the View Download link from the order date. You will be taken to the page where you can download the font. As this is a TTF or true type font, after you download, you will want to install it to your computer, to your Fonts Folder through your Control Panel,

Because this is a 2 color font, you will need to type out your text twice. The first one you will type out normally (ex. 123) and the second, you will press and hold your shift key to get the center portion (ex. !@#). Download the font from your Account / My Items page from the website.
Install.
Close and reopen Silhouette to refresh the fonts list.
All of TRW's fonts begin with TRW.
So in your font list scroll down to the T's to search it.
Note -- this is a two color font. To make it work, type your word once in lowercase, then type it again in uppercase to access both colors of the font.
