is there a chart with the font point size for this design? If not how do you size it correctly?

A:
This is not a typeable font, after importing the eps/svg file is should already be sized for you. The only exception is if you are using cricut design space, in that case you must first pull it into a more featured design software (inkscape will do) to get the individual letter sizing.
