Question

Q: I have been trying for days to get this to work in Design Space! I can get the dimension right for #10 stones but the problem is Design Space has all the "dots" as individual files. Very hard to move each "letter" to make a word as it is just all individual dots!

Q: I purchased this file thinking it was a font file. I downloaded the .svg but it is useless. It's extremely large so I ungrouped it so that I could select each letter individually although that would be extremely time consuming and ridiculous but that's not even working. How am I suppose to use this file?

We were able to convert this file to be a ttf or True Type Font. Please go to your My Account on our website then My Items. You will be able to re-download the file as a ttf and install to your computer.
In Design Space, type your text and select System Fonts. All of our fonts begin with TRW. Please use Font Point size 92.5 for ss10 rhinestones in Design Space for this font.

In Design Space, these are the Font Point sizes to use for various rhinestone sizes:
ss06 = 68.5
ss10 = 92.5
ss16 = 118.5
ss20 = 142.5

The file has an SVG version with dimensions for all of the letters in this file. All of the letters, symbols, and numbers need to be sized to 14.73 x 15.92 as a group to ensure they are the correct size for ss10 rhinestones. Once they're sized, ungroup the file and move your letters to form a word! This file is like the SF version of our TTF.s, so they have boxes around them. This is done so you can save the letters for future use. If you want to get rid of the boxes and only have the stones left behind, you can delete them as you please. If you'd like further assistance with this, give us a call and we'd be happy to remote into your computer and show you directly!
