Can't seem to download 2 free templates. Can you tell me the steps?

A:
Of course we can help. After adding the free design to your cart and checking out ( no payment needed on free designs), go to your MY ACCOUNT page. There you will see on the upper left side, "MY ACCOUNT" with some underlined sections underneath. Those are "My Items", "My Orders", "My Rewards", "My Store Credits" and "My Wish Lists". Click on the My Orders link. This takes you to your list of orders, including free designs. These are sorted by date. Click on the 'View Downloads" link to the right. For this particular design, you're given the option of downloading the .cdr, the .eps or the .svg file. If you own CorelDraw, you'll want to download the .cdr file. If you own an older version of CorelDraw, the .eps file will be easier to open. If you are working in Silhouette Studios or Design Space, you'll want to download and use the .svg file. They're all the same design, just exported as different file formats, depending on which software you are using.

A:
Hi there!
This rhinestone design includes the cdr, eps and svg versions of the file. However, as an older design, the holes are sized at .129" which may make brushing the rhinestones into the holes a bit more difficult. To resize this using our current preferred sizing for ss10 rhinestones, please size the design to 10.839" wide.
Also, Cricut's Design Space tends to glitch bringing in larger files. This design has over 600 rhinestones, which DS sees as individual objects. We recently have been designing Craft versions of our newly released designs to make uploading to Design Space run smoother by knocking out the rhinestone dots through the template (similar to using Slice in Design Space). This file is not a Craft File as the rhinestone dots are not knocked out of the template, which may mean it can take a bit longer for Design Space to upload it.
When it does upload and you resize it for the rhinestones to fit properly, yes, you will be able to cut the design with your Cricut. Thanks for asking!

This design is already provided in a vector format so tracing is not necessary, just send to cut and you're good to go.

Resizing a Rhinestone Design:
TRW Rhinestone designs are created based on a standard SS10 stone size. To maintain the proportions and detail of the design it should only be resized by altering the stone size.
By selecting a different stone size in your design software your design will get smaller or larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS6 or below will make your final design smaller while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS16 or above will make your final design larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Attempting to scale a rhinestone design to a larger or smaller size without changing the stone size requires a complete redesign of the design points and will
NOT
maintain the proportions and detail in the design. In addition to distortion of the design proportions altering a rhinestone design improperly will change hole sizes and rhinestones will not properly brush into the template. A redesign should only be attempted by crafters and professionals experienced in building custom rhinestone design files. To rebuild a rhinestone design you will need to delete, add and move stone points to create a completely new rhinestone design.
