I have a cricut so would all I need to do is upload this design into design space with a transparent background and then cut it? Do I need to mirror it?

A:
TRW makes the entire process of working with rhinestone designs and rhinestone fonts very simple for you.
We have been making specialty CRAFTER Files for our Cricut customers, where we take the time to knockout the rhinestone dots through the template behind. This turns the template into a single object so that it uploads much faster to Design Space for you.
We also put the dimensions of the template in the file for you, so you can quickly ungroup the text from the template to ensure it's the correct size for your rhinestones.
And no, you do not need to mirror a rhinestone template. Just ungroup everything, click on one template to check it's size against the dimensions we provide, then send the template to your cutter.
We recommend creating a custom cut setting of 350 force, Single Cut and Fine Point blade and doing a test cut of a few dots that are sized to .135". Other customers prefer a cut setting of 250 force and double cut.

Resizing a Rhinestone Design:
TRW Rhinestone designs are created based on a standard SS10 stone size. To maintain the proportions and detail of the design it should only be resized by altering the stone size.
By selecting a different stone size in your design software your design will get smaller or larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS6 or below will make your final design smaller while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS16 or above will make your final design larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Attempting to scale a rhinestone design to a larger or smaller size without changing the stone size requires a complete redesign of the design points and will
NOT
maintain the proportions and detail in the design. In addition to distortion of the design proportions altering a rhinestone design improperly will change hole sizes and rhinestones will not properly brush into the template. A redesign should only be attempted by crafters and professionals experienced in building custom rhinestone design files. To rebuild a rhinestone design you will need to delete, add and move stone points to create a completely new rhinestone design.

SS6 = .100"
SS10 = .135"
SS16 = .176"
SS20 = .212"
