This First Responder Rhinestone Decal - Live Template Mini Pack is not for Cricut users. You MUST have Corel/Wizard to edit the text.
The Rhinestone Decal Live Template First Responder Mini Pack is a CDR and SVG Rhinestone Design File Download. This unique rhinestone design has been created and prepared with the production process in mind. The design comes come color-separated and ready-to-cut into your templates and vinyl material. Rhinestone Designs come with both CDR and SVG File Downloads. CDR files are primarily compatible with CorelDraw, but can also be opened with Silhouette Business Edition Design Software. Silhouette Business Edition is limited and can not save as an Ai, EPS, or CDR files. This Rhinestone design download allows you to create a template using your craft cutter to DIY your own template with TRW-Magic-Flock material. Once you have made a template, simply brush your rhinestones into place and create beautiful heat-transfers or custom-decals.
Live Templates allow you to edit the design's text while maintaining the formatting of contours, text effects, text height, spacing and width. Live Templates are only editable using CorelDraw. NOT for use in Design Space. For detailed instructions, view our

Is there a video on layering. Is it layering with vinyl or htv and then using bling anything?

We do have several tutorials on our YouTube channel, demonstrating how to layer the htv and rhinestones on our decal materials.
We now have 2 decal materials that can turn your heat applied materials and turn them into a decal...our original, Bling Anything and our newer HTV Anything.
The main difference between the two materials is that you can press hotfix rhinestones directly to the Bling Anything. If you use HTV Anything, htv must be the first layer and then you can layer rhinestones on top of the htv.
To use this mini pack, you would tack press your first layer of htv to either Bling Anything or the HTV Anything. Use a Teflon sheet to cover your materials before pressing. Peel the warm htv carrier, align the next layer of htv, again cover with Teflon and tack press that layer. When you are ready to layer the rhinestones, align your rhinestone transfer to the decal, cover with Teflon and press 10 seconds. Flip the decal over, cover with Teflon and do what we call an "insurance press" to make sure the heat is really getting to the back of your rhinestones. Press 5-8 seconds.
Peel your Acrylic Hotfix tape, trim around the edge of your decal with a pair of scissors. You can peel the plasticy/papery backing off of your new decal and apply to a smooth hard surface. Press down with your thumbs to ensure a good bond. It is dishwasher safe, but please allow 24 hours before putting it through the dishwasher.

These designs are sized for ss10 stones. As for changing the names, here is a video about using live templates in the TRW Design Wizard.

Resizing a Rhinestone Design:
TRW Rhinestone designs are created based on a standard SS10 stone size. To maintain the proportions and detail of the design it should only be resized by altering the stone size.
By selecting a different stone size in your design software your design will get smaller or larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS6 or below will make your final design smaller while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS16 or above will make your final design larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Attempting to scale a rhinestone design to a larger or smaller size without changing the stone size requires a complete redesign of the design points and will
NOT
maintain the proportions and detail in the design. In addition to distortion of the design proportions altering a rhinestone design improperly will change hole sizes and rhinestones will not properly brush into the template. A redesign should only be attempted by crafters and professionals experienced in building custom rhinestone design files. To rebuild a rhinestone design you will need to delete, add and move stone points to create a completely new rhinestone design.

SS6 = .100"
SS10 = .135"
SS16 = .176"
SS20 = .212"
