I have tried for 2 weeks to size and cut the cheer bows in Cricut but my Cricut locks up I called Cricut and they uninstalled my software and reinstalled and the one I had on screen finally worked. When I tried the next one same thing. Can the cheer bows be cut on Cricut? All that I ordered from TRW cuts but not the cheer bow Please help

Are you using the "CRAFTER" files from the download? If not, the files will be too big for Cricut Design Space and will overload the program.
The crafter files have the word CRAFTER after the title of the design.

The Fairy Bow was designed so that the center of the bow is where we do not have rhinestones on the template. This makes it much easier to fold the bow tightly. Create the bow the same as all of the other bows in the minipack - when you fold the bow, slightly crease the ribbon in the middle so you know where the center is. Align that to the center line of the template. Then, fold the right end of the ribbon over, following the lines on the template. This creates the 'loop' on the right side and 'tail' for the left side of the bow. Next, fold the left end of the ribbon over the top of the tail you just created. The ribbon somewhat resembles one of the Awareness ribbons.
You'll notice that the open areas of the design overlap each other in the very center--this is where you are creating the folds of the bow and will later apply the zip tie after slipping a ponytail holder through the zip tie.
I like to create 3 horizontal folds for my bows, with the center fold being the largest. The zip tie holds everything together and if you secure the zip about 80% of the way to fully tight, you can make slight adjustments to the "loops" and "tails" so that your bow is symmetrical. Fully tighten the zip tie after you have the tails and loops even on each side.

I am having difficulty with the file for the 3 row point bow. I tried the crafter and the svg file and both will not work with the ss10 unless I make the template much bigger. Then it will be too big for the 3" wide ribbon. Do you have an adjusted file for this bow please?

That design is for size SS06 stones, not size SS10.

Hello, I am making cheer bows and I will be sublimating on glitter vinyl and want to add rhinestones. I wanted to know if I have silhouette and Cricut would I be able to use to make my own template? also roughly what would it cost me for 28 inch cheer bow.

Silhouette Designer Edition and Business Edition have rhinestone tools in the software. If you are needing to export your work to cut with a Cricut, only Business Edition has the export feature.
When making a rhinestone design to use in Design Space, we recommend creating the template in Silhouette, then knocking out or slicing out the rhinestone design through the template, so it becomes a single object. This will upload much faster to Design Space.
As for costs--many factors would need to be considered for you to calculate your costs: How do you buy your materials? What type of rhinestones or crystals are you using? How many rhinestones in your design? Buying htv at a retail shop locally, for example, will cost you much more than if you order online. We offer quantity discounts on all of our TRW Brand materials and you can get discounts on our Siser glitter htv when you order in bulk. The rhinestones you use will also come into play. When you order more rhinestones, your cost per stone goes down considerably. Also, different rhinestones have different price points. Crystal is the most economically priced.

Our designs are all created for use with Hotfix rhinestones, which means the rhinestones are applied with heat. These rhinestones have a special adhesive disc on the back, which liquifies when pressed at the correct temperature and time. The glue hardens again, and bonds the rhinestone to the fabric surface.
I like to leave the center crease area of my bows free of rhinestones, since that area needs to be pinched tight, to form the folds of the bow and a rhinestone in that spot would add unnecessary bulk. Our bow designs have the Swallow Tail points for the ends of the bow, which helps to align the rhinestone transfer to the ribbon.
We're using 3" wide grosgrain ribbon for our bows.

It can vary, even the depth of the V in the tail of the design can vary.
The easiest thing to do would be to create the design template, and either measure from there to each type of design, or go ahead and press to the ribbon still on the roll, then trim the V out last.

Resizing a Rhinestone Design:
TRW Rhinestone designs are created based on a standard SS10 stone size. To maintain the proportions and detail of the design it should only be resized by altering the stone size.
By selecting a different stone size in your design software your design will get smaller or larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS6 or below will make your final design smaller while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS16 or above will make your final design larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Attempting to scale a rhinestone design to a larger or smaller size without changing the stone size requires a complete redesign of the design points and will
NOT
maintain the proportions and detail in the design. A redesign should only be attempted by crafters and professionals experienced in building custom rhinestone design files. To rebuild a rhinestone design you will need to delete, add and move stone points to create a completely new rhinestone design.
