Im Savannah, i just graduated high school and want to start my own business. I live in Indonesia and i want to get korean hotfix. But i cannot find any resellers that sell korean hotfix in my country, only chinese ones. I know that chinese rhinestones has less adhesive and lower quality. I wanted to buy from you but it will be expensive, less efficient, and time consuming since im all the way in the other side of the world.
So, can you help me out with giving me information on what rhinestone manufacturers you get it from? Also how to reach them/contact?
I thought it will be easier and less time consuming geographically.

A: Thank you for your questions, and good luck to the future business! Unfortunately, we cannot give our supplier info, our Rhinestone warehouses manufacture exclusively for us. Our company and warehouse are located in Florida, we do not have other resellers, but we can ship worldwide aside from chemicals or equipment.

A: We checked the rhinestones and the 20% discount does show in the cart. If you check the original price on the listing page, you'll see that the price in the cart is 20% less. Then, the Halloween Sale gives an additional 30% off, which is shown in the total.

A: Yes we still sell in bulk, we just changed our pricing around. Stones are now sold in 10 gross units with quantity pricing to adjust the unit price per item when larger amounts are purchased.

A: The Korean Ab stones have a pearlescent finish and can reflect different colors depending on how the light is hitting it, most prevalent being red and orange.

Q:When trying to add to cart, it states to select all require option. I don't see any required option to select. If I select the colors, it only adds more to the cart.

A: The divided picture is a representation of the variety of colors the rhinestones that we carry. We sell the rhinestones in 10 gross packs or approx 1,440 rhinestones per pack.
We allow you to mix n match packs of colors in the same size and rhinestone quality to get quantity discount pricing on orders of 2 or more packs.

A: Hi! Our Rhinestones are ss06, ss10, ss16 and ss20. Please check if your machine is compatible with these sizes as we do not stock Ioline machines and cannot comment on what they work with. A: Good morning! We have been making updates to our site and the savings show up automatically once you add multiples to your cart. Our site is discounting the bulk order of the rhinestones but not showing the savings separately in your cart. Example: If you put 10 bags of any one color in your cart, on the Rhinestone screen where you are choosing colors, it shows the full retail price. In your Cart screen, it shows the discounted price rather than the full price, if that makes sense.
Please test the discount this way (pre-checking out) to verify it is working for you. Thank you for reaching out!

A: We used to offer our rhinestones in larger quantities, however it took much larger orders to start seeing a discount in pricing that way. This is why we have changed how we sell our rhinestones. We sell by the 10 gross bag, which is approximately 1,440 rhinestones per bag and we give you bulk pricing starting at just 2 bags or 20 gross of rhinestones. The more bags you order, the greater the savings. We also let you mix n match colors to reach those savings faster. Q:Can i hotpress these rhinstones. Or are they hot glue only

A: Our Korean Low Lead hotfix rhinestones are heat-applied. This means you would use a heatpress and press them at 325 degrees F for 15 seconds with medium-firm pressure.
The other type of rhinestones we carry are the FLATBACK rhinestones. Flatbacks do not have the heat-activated adhesive disc on the back and would be applied one at a time to a surface using adhesive appropriate to whatever surface you are decorating. We use the Supertite Adhesives line and encourage people to stay away from adhesives that contain toxic chemicals when using flatback rhinestones.

Q:How many facets are these stones? How many facets are the Diamand cut stones?

A: We believe the Diamond Cut have 16 facets and the Korean Low Lead have 12. Both are made of glass and are very pretty. The Diamond Cut are our Premium line and have much more sparkle, though.

A: That's a great suggestion! We can recommend that we add a sample 'mockup' of the different rhinestone sizes side by side, to help gauge what the actual size is.
Truly, we use ss10 for probably 98% of our designs and will add ss06 at times as fillers to make a design's fill tighter. One of the reasons we don't usually have multiple sizes in our newer designs is because having multiple rhinestone sizes requires you to cut multiple templates: separate ones for each rhinestone size and color. We prefer to design with this in mind, so you do not need to waste money on Magic Flock or time cutting multiple templates/brushing in multiple templates.

A: To select a color of our Korean Low Lead rhinestones, click on the little color swatches on this listing. We've recently noticed a glitch with the server, where you will need to click the color swatch twice, in order for the color to change on the screen. When the image shows the color you'd like, click Add to Cart. A: We sell our hotfix rhinestones by the ten-gross bag. A gross is a unit of measure, which means 144 of any one item, so our bags have approximately 1,440 rhinestones per bag.

Under general listings like this, they're also listed under the description and are 1440 stones per bag (10 gross).

A: We have discontinued the Korean rhinestones and brought in our DMC hotfix rhinestones, which are higher quality than the Korean rhinestones, but still at a great price.
Your other options are our Diamond Cut Crystal rhinestones and our top of the line Premium Diamond Cut rhinestones, which feature an astonishing 16 machine cut facets for out of this world sparkle.

Q:How long can the rhinestones be stored and not used? I have some that I've had for awhile and I didn't know if they would stay on if I put them on a shirt. They have been stored in the packs they came in.

A: We're not sure for other brands, but with ours if they've been stored in a cool dry place, they should be fine. I'm not certain how long they've aged, but the best way to see if they're good is to test some on a scrap shirt, let them sit a day and launder (just like with any stones, avoid fabric softeners, harsh things like bleach and avoid a high dryer heat). If they do well, then they're still good to use.

A: Thanks for your interest in our Korean Low Lead hotfix rhinestones! These have been our entry level rhinestone for years and we've decided to phase them out and replace them with a higher quality rhinestone, our DMC hotfix rhinestones.
The sparkle you'll get from the DMC rhinestones is better than that from the Korean Low Lead, although they are still made of low lead glass. They are also very competitively priced.
If you're looking for even more sparkle, we recommend our highest quality, the Diamond Cut line.

Hot-Fix Korean 5A Low Lead SS10 Rhinestones

A: Hi there! Our rhinestones that are to be applied to garments are called Hotfix. They do not have an adhesive on the back. They each have a little disc on the back that's activated with heat and pressure that liquifies and bonds with the shirt fibers. If you have checked your press with a thermal heat temp gun like we do, and have made sure the temperature is reading out correctly then yes, they'll work great. Do not launder with fabric softener or scorch them in the dryer. If you're under the Korean Low Lead listing, then yes, those are the color options. We're phasing these lower quality stones out and they won't be restocked. We have other listings with hotfix stones. In order from least to greatest in quality - Korean Low lead are the lowest. Up from there are our DMC stones. Up from there are our Diamond Cut stones. And our top quality stones as we've been told are comparable to Swarovski, are our Premium stones. There are a variety of different colors under each listing. Hope that helps!

Q:If I purchase 10ss crystal can I get oeko tex certificate for testing purpose

A: Thanks for reaching out — good question, and I want to get you the right document rather than the wrong one, so a few questions first.
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 works component by component, and certificates are held by the manufacturer against a specific article scope. We're a supplier rather than a certificate holder, so I can't issue one under our name. But depending on what you're actually up against, a certificate may not be what you need — for children's products in particular, STANDARD 100 specifically excludes glass accessories from its lead compliance evidence, so a third-party lead and cadmium test report is usually the more useful document.
So that I can point you the right direction:
1. What are you decorating — adult apparel, or kids/baby items? 2. Who's requiring the certificate? Your own customer, a brand you're producing for, a retailer, or a marketplace? 3. Can you forward me the exact requirement as they gave it to you? 4. Would a third-party lab report covering lead, cadmium, and phthalates satisfy them, or does the spec specifically call for OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 with a certificate number? 5. Which stones are you using, and roughly what volume are you running?
Once I know what the requirement actually says, I can tell you exactly what we can provide and what you'd need to source elsewhere.
