TRW's Jack O'Lantern Bling
is a Rhinestone Design File Download, now with templates for using either ss10 rhinestones or larger ss16 rhinestones, which will make the FINISHED Design 9.5" tall x 8.4" wide using ss16 stones . This unique rhinestone design has been created and prepared with the production process in mind. The design comes color-separated and ready-to-cut into your templates.
This Rhinestone design download allows you to create a template using your vinyl cutter with TRW Magic Flock:

We have updated the downloads to include an Extra template, using ss16 rhinestones, as Matt demonstrated in the July 21, 2025 Live!
You can log into your account and re-download the zipped file and choose if you'll be using ss10 rhinestones, or if you want a larger design, use ss16 rhinestones.

Resizing a Rhinestone Design:
TRW Rhinestone designs are created based on a standard SS10 stone size. To maintain the proportions and detail of the design it should only be resized by altering the stone size.
By selecting a different stone size in your design software your design will get smaller or larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS6 or below will make your final design smaller while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS16 or above will make your final design larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Attempting to scale a rhinestone design to a larger or smaller size without changing the stone size requires a complete redesign of the design points and will
NOT
maintain the proportions and detail in the design. In addition to distortion of the design proportions altering a rhinestone design improperly will change hole sizes and rhinestones will not properly brush into the template. A redesign should only be attempted by crafters and professionals experienced in building custom rhinestone design files. To rebuild a rhinestone design you will need to delete, add and move stone points to create a completely new rhinestone design.

SS6 = .100"
SS10 = .135"
SS16 = .176"
SS20 = .212"
