Heat Press Pillows also known as heat transfer pillows or heat printing pillows are non-stick foam inserts used with Heat-Presses during the heat printing process.

  • Heat press pillows are recommended when pressing a garment with zippers, buttons, snaps, collars or thick seams. When used, raised elements of the garment sink down into the pillow, eliminating pressure points and creating a more even pressing surface.
  • Without the Heat Press Pillow, the heating element is unable to make a tight, smooth seal on the Heat-Transfer-Vinyl. They also eliminate any indentation that can appear from the heat press outside edges.
  • To use, place the pillow inside or underneath the garment, adjust your heat press using the knob atop the upper platen to accommodate the new thicker pressing surface and begin pressing.
  • Heat press pillows are reusable. This pillow is 5.5 inches by 22 inches and 6mm thick. It also is available in a 12-by-14-square size and a 5.5-by-5.5-square size.
  • Improve the final result of vinyl applications to backpacks, hats, hoodies, reversible mesh jerseys, baby onesies, and any garment with raised surfaces, using a Heat Press Pillow.

Protective Cover Sheet - 9.75 x 9.75
Protective Cover Sheet also known as Teflon sheets or non-stick sheets, act as a barrier between the heat element and the garment during the heat printing process. Protective Cover Sheets are commonly used with Heat Presses when transferring designs to ensure a smooth, semi-gloss finish on graphics. When layering Heat Transfer Vinyl or adding Hotfix Rhinestones Rhinestones to a design, place the cover sheet on top of your garment before using the heat press to protect the first layer. TRW Cutting Mat 12x24"
Cutting Mat 12 by 24 inches is a lightly frosted, flexible clear plastic with a 1 inch grid and ruler. This mat offers a standard tackiness and a 12 by 24 inch cutting area. The purpose of a cutting mat is to hold your material firmly in place while it is being run through your cutting machine. The thinner the material being cut, the less tacky the mat should be to avoid tearing. A cutting mat is always needed to cut scrap material. When the vinyl is not its full, original width, the mat allows the vinyl to feed into the machine properly. This is NOT a self-healing mat intended to be used with x-acto knives or rotary cutters.
