Each color of ColorSpark Opal HTV is sold as a single 12" x 5' Foot Roll of the color you selected. To order multiple colors add each color to your cart separately.

Q: HI, I'm using this beautiful color (Paradise-Opal)as a base for Mermaid Diamond Cut Hot-Fix Rhinestones (gorg!!) over HTV Anything. After pressing the stones to the ColorSpark they seem to be adhered if you run your hand over it check for loose stones. But once I start trying to affix the stones/colorspark/HTV Anything packet to a tumbler the stones start popping off. I've made tumblers with the stones/HTV/HTV Anything combo and this has never happened. This is the first time I'm using ColorSpark as the vinyl medium. Any tips on getting this combo to work?

A: You cannot adhere rhinestones directly to opal HTV, they will stick but not for long. When it comes to adhering rhinestones to vinyl we normally recommend a thicker vinyl such as Siser Glitter HTV. You could however use opal adhesive vinyl to apply to the cup and then layer Bling Anything on top of that. I have linked a video showing this process below.

Q: Do the opal or holographic HTV scratch easily? I had a bad experience with Cricut holographic. It was hard to weed, and scratched easily.

A: In our experience, no, the ColorSpark Opal and Holographic htv do not scratch easily. If you are pressing the Holographic and your design calls for multiple presses, please try to have the Holographic as the Final press in your design. Multiple presses gives the holographic a dull or matte look, rather than that shiny, holographic mirror-like appearance.

Q: I need info on colorspark htv peacock. Cutting instructions on silouette, press temp, length of time pressing. I see it is a cold peal. Just received mine with NO instrutions. Checked Youtube nothing

A: We always have the Cut Specs and Pressing Specs listed on our site on each material. If you click the Application Instructions tab, you'll see the dwell time and the temperature to use. We also have the cut specs for Silhouette Cameos and Cricuts listed on that tab.

Q: Can I layer this vinyl. How do I keep it from shrinking.

A: Yes, you can layer this htv. This presses at a lower temp and dwell time than most htv, so please keep that in mind.

When layering any htv, do a good pre-press of your blank, first. This gets out moisture and wrinkles.

Do a tack-press of the first layer of htv. This is a COLD peel, so you will need to let it cool completely before peeling your carrier. We recommend testing a couple scraps on a spare shirt, to see which dwell time works best for your heat press. The ColorSpark Opal htv presses at a low of 300 degrees F for only 8 seconds, so you might want to drop your heat to 290 and do a slightly longer tack press if you are doing multiple layers.

Whenever layering, always do a tack press for all layers up to the final layer, which gets full temp and dwell time.

Q: I can not click on the HTV Anywhere product 'add to cart' or quantity buttons.

A: Try refreshing your screen first if you're attempting to select the HTV Anything and try again. I tested this and it added for me.
This listing however, is for Opal Heat Transfer Vinyl. You'll first need to select the color you'd like, then it will let you add to cart.

Q: Finally got to use our Colorspark Opal Peacock. Layered it over SIser Color Print Easy - I had researched that this would work just fine, but when the shirt was washed after 24 hours in cold water the Colorspark completely fell off. Can you help us out??? We really like the look. Kindly,

A: We could not find anything on the Siser website stating that you can layer on top of the Siser Color Print Easy htv. Other htv on their site shows that it is layerable. That is likely your issue.

To still get the same look, we recommend knocking out the layer of Siser Color Print from behind where you'd use our ColorSpark Opal htv, so that each layer of htv is pressed directly to the shirt.
