I do. not have the TRW Wizard or the Corel software programs, I only have Cricut and their software. Am I still able to download the file and cut the template on my Cricut without the other software programs?

Yes, you sure can!
The only types of files that are specifically meant for our software are marked as Live Templates. These will technically work in other software, but the features will not.
This file is not a Live Template.
If you are using Design Space, then be sure to unzip the download, and open the one marked Crafter File.
These files are specifically for DS. We've knocked out the holes and welded the text instructions so that DS will not freeze up or crash trying to open them.

Resizing a Rhinestone Design:
TRW Rhinestone designs are created based on a standard SS10 stone size. To maintain the proportions and detail of the design it should only be resized by altering the stone size.
By selecting a different stone size in your design software your design will get smaller or larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS6 or below will make your final design smaller while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS16 or above will make your final design larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Attempting to scale a rhinestone design to a larger or smaller size without changing the stone size requires a complete redesign of the design points and will
NOT
maintain the proportions and detail in the design. In addition to distortion of the design proportions altering a rhinestone design improperly will change hole sizes and rhinestones will not properly brush into the template. A redesign should only be attempted by crafters and professionals experienced in building custom rhinestone design files. To rebuild a rhinestone design you will need to delete, add and move stone points to create a completely new rhinestone design.
