TRW's Rhinestone Arched Senior Class of 2025
is a Rhinestone Design File Download sized to fit perfectly on a hat or cap. For subsequent years, the design can easily be updated with one of TRW's Rhinestone True Type fonts! This unique rhinestone design has been created and prepared with the production process in mind. The design comes color-separated and ready-to-cut into your templates.
The Rhinestone portion of this design download allows you to create a template using your vinyl cutter with TRW Magic Flock:

Is it best to use SS6 rhinestones or can I use SS10'S for this design on baseball caps? Thank you.

A:
The design is already set at SS06 sizing with the width at 5 inches across. If you have rhinestone software that allows you to convert the size of stones, like our TRW Design Wizard Pro can do, then it's going to change the size of the entire design to larger. Unless your hat has some extra space in height and width from that, then it may be best to leave it at the SS06 to not appear huge.

Resizing a Rhinestone Design:
This TRW Rhinestone design was created based on a standard SS06 stone size. To maintain the proportions and detail of the design it should only be resized by altering the stone size.
By selecting a different stone size in your design software your design will get smaller or larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS6 or below will make your final design smaller while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS16 or above will make your final design larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Attempting to scale a rhinestone design to a larger or smaller size without changing the stone size requires a complete redesign of the design points and will
NOT
maintain the proportions and detail in the design. In addition to distortion of the design proportions altering a rhinestone design improperly will change hole sizes and rhinestones will not properly brush into the template. A redesign should only be attempted by crafters and professionals experienced in building custom rhinestone design files. To rebuild a rhinestone design you will need to delete, add and move stone points to create a completely new rhinestone design.

SS10 = .135"
SS16 = .176"
SS20 = .212"
