Magic Vinyl Remover

Easily remove heat-pressed vinyl without damaging or staining the surface of your apparel.

Direction

remove cap

Use product only outdoors or in a well ventilated area. Remove red cap.

cut tip off

Carefully cut off the tip or puncture center of white plastic seal.

apply some drops

Turn garment inside-out and apply a few drops of solvent to underside of letter

stretch the fabric

Stretch or pull the area of the mistake. This will release the bond.

peel off the letter

Peel off vinyl. Remove any residual from the front of the garment using a rag with Magic Vinyl Remover

hang dry

When removing large area, recommended to wash and dry the fabric before applying new vinyl.

  • Highly flammable liquid and vapor.
  • Causes serious eye irritation.
  • May cause respiratory irritation.
  • In case of fire, use dry chemical to extinguish.

Avoid

  • Avoid all sources of ignition.
  • Avoid heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces.
  • Avoid breathing gas/mist/vapors/spray.
  • Do not use on acetate fabrics.
  • This product is not for use in electric equipment.

Proper Handling

  • Store container tightly closed/locked up in well ventilated place – if product is as volatile as to generate hazardous atmosphere.
  • Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection.
  • Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilating/lighting equipment.
  • Take precautionary measures against static discharge.
  • Dispose of contents/container according to local, state and federal regulations.
  • Use only non-sparking tools.
  • Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

FIRST AID IF INHALED
Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get immediate medical attention. 

IF ON SKIN (or hair)
Remove/take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. 

IF IN EYES
Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Seek immediate medical attention. 

INGESTION
If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical attention. Call a physician, hospital emergency room, or poison control center immediately. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
