A:
If you're in the Crafter File then that was designed (and already knocked out) for Design Space users. If you're in the regular files and cannot ungroup, try to use the release compound path to break them apart.

Is There a Video how i can add additional a Name with Rhinestones and htv? I See such a Tumbler in the Video where you make the Tiger one but i cant find a Video for this methode.

A:
Adding a name to a full rhinestone tumbler is a question we receive multiple times a week. Unfortunately, adding a name to a full rhinestone tumbler would require massive editing and not all software has rhinestone features or tools. The silver and green tumbler you see in the background of some of our videos is a glitter htv tumbler, which is very simple to do. Simply type the name in your font of choice and place it/size it so that it will fit on your wrap. Using our HTV Anything decal material lets you break some of the regular pressing "rules", so you are able to layer glitter htv on top of glitter htv and even layer hotfix rhinestones on top of the glitter htv when making these wraps.
If you are truly looking for adding a rhinestone name to a tumbler, the easiest thing to do would be add a glitter and rhinestone name to a full glitter tumbler using one of our TRW Shadow fonts. To add a rhinestone name to a full stone wrap would entail using a stone font to type the name, weld it and overlap it onto the full stone template in your software, then delete the stones under the name and fill any gaps with individual stones in your software. Silhouette Business Edition has some stone tools and can export files as svg to upload to other cutters and software. Our favorite software is CorelDraw paired with the TRW Design Wizard. This is what we use to create our rhinestone templates and can export as several file types from there as well.

I am using a cricut and also a brother scan n cut but when I resize the templete the numbers are not the same as yours ?? I'm not sure why (the aspect ratio is locked) I want to use 10ss rhinestones ( I just ordered them) What should I do ?

Hi there!
We took the time to create special CRAFTER files for our Cricut users. We've knocked out or sliced out the rhinestone design through the template, so it is a rectangle with thousands of tiny holes, rather than thousands of dots and a rectangle. Design Space sees this as a single object and uploads much faster for you.
Follow the on screen instructions in your Crafter file to either Ungroup all text and dimensions from the rectangular template (svg Crafter files) or slice away the text and dimensions (png Crafter files). THEN resize each rectangle to the dimensions shown above it.

Resizing a Rhinestone Design:
TRW Rhinestone designs are created based on a standard SS10 stone size. To maintain the proportions and detail of the design it should only be resized by altering the stone size.
By selecting a different stone size in your design software your design will get smaller or larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS6 or below will make your final design smaller while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Selecting a stone size of SS16 or above will make your final design larger while still maintaining the proportions and detail of the design.
Attempting to scale a rhinestone design to a larger or smaller size without changing the stone size requires a complete redesign of the design points and will
NOT
maintain the proportions and detail in the design. In addition to distortion of the design proportions altering a rhinestone design improperly will change hole sizes and rhinestones will not properly brush into the template. A redesign should only be attempted by crafters and professionals experienced in building custom rhinestone design files. To rebuild a rhinestone design you will need to delete, add and move stone points to create a completely new rhinestone design.
